Transforming the Library

An exciting new chapter in Exeter College Library’s 170-year history has just begun. Following extensive renovation works, Exeter’s beautiful Victorian Gothic library reopened in Michaelmas 2023, now named the Jackson Library.

Explore the historic Turl Street site

As well as being perfectly placed for Oxford’s amenities, the College’s setting is remarkably peaceful.

We offer a range of study-bedrooms and teaching rooms, and there is an impressive 17th-century dining hall, a beautiful and well-stocked library, a stunning Neo-Gothic chapel, and a secluded garden which enjoys breathtaking views of Radcliffe Square.
