To replace a broken card, please email the Academic Office. We will order a new card, and let you know when it is ready for collection. There is no fee to replace a broken card, but you will need to bring your old card in when you come to collect the new one. If you have lost your card, then you will need to order a new one (and pay a fee) through this link. The new card will be delivered to the Academic Office, and we will then email you to let you know that it has arrived.

Students who matriculated in or after Michaelmas Term 2007 can request official transcripts (both on-course and final) from the University via the eDocuments service further information can be found through this link. If you require a transcript but have not yet completed your course, you can request copies of your on-course transcript through the same link. Students who matriculated prior to Michaelmas Term 2007 should request an unofficial transcript by completing the request form available here. We can provide a letter stating your attendance dates, course title, degree classification and, where available, unofficial marks for preliminary and final exams (if we have received this information from your department).

To get a degree certificate, you need to attend a graduation ceremony in person or graduate in absentia. The certificate will then be presented to you in College, or posted to you afterwards. To request replacement certificates, where the original is either lost, stolen or damaged, please use this link. If you have not yet attended a graduation ceremony and require proof that you have completed your degree, please use the link above to obtain a digital degree confirmation letter.

You can print an Enrolment Certificate from Student Self Service, and have it stamped by a member of staff in the Academic Office. If you have more specific requirements, we can provide a letter stating your course, attendance dates and any other particular information necessary. Please email the Academic Office with details of what is needed.

Click on this link to view detailed information on how to open a student bank account. You will need a copy of your Enrolment Certificate - this is available to you via the Student Self Service Portal. It must state your complete student address and postcode, you can update these details via the Student Self Service Portal. If the bank requires additional proof of your student status please email the Academic Office and we can provide a suitable letter.

Junior Members who need to be in Oxford for longer than the standard rent period for their room can apply for Vacation Residence. Application forms for this are circulated by email in advance of each vacation and are also available at www.exeter.ox.ac.uk/students/accommodation in the weeks prior to the vacation period. All undergraduate students resident in Exeter College accommodation are eligible for a vacation study grant. More information about vacation study grants is available here.

Undergraduates should talk to their College tutors, who will advise them on the best course of action. Graduates need to fill in a Graduate Studies Office (GSO) form, available here. You will need to have the form signed by your Supervisor before emailing it to the Academic Office for approval by the Tutor for Graduates. Remember to submit the form to the Academic Office two or three days before the deadline, as it may not be possible for it to be signed immediately.
