Meeting rooms
Meeting rooms of different sizes are available for group study and extracurricular activities across the Turl Street and Cohen Quad sites.
- Rooms for study purposes can be booked on the day they are required only. Study rooms for Turl Street should be booked in person at the Turl Street Porters’ Lodge and study rooms for Cohen Quad should be booked in person at the Cohen Quad Porters’ Lodge.
- Student event room bookings should be made using the following booking form: https://forms.office.com/r/aBEueWGLLn. The Porters’ Lodge will approve the availability of the requested room if available. The form will then be forwarded to the Sub-Rector and the Junior Deans who will decide whether or not the event itself can go ahead.
